Uh, I actually ran 5 miles on Saturday.
Then, on Sunday... I ran about 5.5 (1.5 on the threadmill for warm up + 4 run from gym to my friend's house) and worked out like I was in the Biggest Loser.
Of course on Monday, I HAD to have a Five Guys ginourmous CheeseBurger and Maggie Moo's ice cream right after.
Regardless, I still feel great and as my friend's kids told me this weekend...
"Aunty Jully, you are still chubby, but a little skinnier. Last time... you were pretty big!"
Oh those kids! So funny.

Hey Jully! You're totally motivating me to start running again (not that I was ever much of a runner in the first place). My goal is to run a 10K by June. So good to see you last week (albeit briefly!).
I'm totally jealous of your running! I tried to do a 5K this weekend and my left knee hurt and my hamstring froze up. I give up. I am just going to have to stick to yoga and biking. Maybe next time you run, I can ride my bike next to you. :) You go Jules!!!
